New for 2017: Law on housing production, bedbugs and water submeters

In 2016, housing policy emerged as a major focal point for the California Legislature.

For the rental housing industry, perhaps the most significant highlight was CAA’s successful sponsorship of four housing-production bills to ease California’s housing shortage.

When California fails to build enough housing, rent prices rise precipitously, leading to calls for onerous policies such as rent control.

With that in mind, CAA partnered with lawmakers to put forth a slate of housing supply …

I found it very convenient to do this through on demand classes at my office. The classes are well done and gave great education to further my property management skills. Dear Ms. Moss, I want to personally thank you for your timely and very professional response. You are very thorough AND you provide examples and attachments how to find solutions and how to address the issues effectively.
