Understanding Sonoma County’s New Eviction Moratorium – March 17, 2021
March 17, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Event Navigation

In February 2021, the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors adopted an enhanced eviction moratorium that severely limits owners’ ability to remove a tenant from a unit barring special circumstances.
Under the new law, rental housing owners and operators can only recover the unit for health and safety reasons or for the owner to move-in.
This webinar will help Sonoma County Housing Providers make sense of this new law and get their questions answered by an experienced attorney in Sonoma County who works closely with rental property owners.
Speakers include:
- Thomas Kevin Konicek, Attorney at Law. Kevin will review the Sonoma County eviction ordinance and how it affects rental housing owners in Sonoma County
- Rhovy Lyn Antonio, Senior Vice President of Public Affairs, CAA
Attendees will receive an informational packet on Sonoma County’s eviction moratorium as well as latest local and state news.
