Available exclusively from CAA, the CCRM program is the gold standard in property management education. The courses instill best practices to run top-notch rental communities and teach compliance with California’s unique laws and regulations. The industry’s elite have obtained CCRM credentials — and they look for the designation when hiring and promoting employees.
You can take individual courses or the series in its entirety and qualify to become a California Certified Property Manager.
The CCRM courses run from April 8 through June 26. Classes will be webcast from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This allows property management staff to take the classes in the office and during normal working hours.
Each of the series’ nine courses is divided into a pair of 90-minute segments; students must participate in both sessions to complete a course.
