Jody Marshall is the Executive Director at Westwood Properties.
Jody has been Executive Director of Westwood Properties in San Jose since 1987. Boasting more than 35 years of experience in the Rental Housing Industry; she has decades of real world knowledge that she brings to all of her students and classes. Jody is the primary instructor of the California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) Property Management Series at CAA Tri-County. Thousands of students have passed through Jody’s CCRM, Fair Housing and Managing Rental Housing Courses. In addition to her busy schedule teaching for CAA and managing her own properties, Jody is constantly called upon to speak on fair housing issues and rental housing operations to groups across Silicon Valley.
