The California Apartment Association today announced that Dana David, president of Los Angeles-based E&S Ring Management, has begun a term as president-elect of the California Apartment Association’s statewide board of directors.
For more than 75 years, the California Apartment Association has supported rental housing owners and managers through tireless work in public affairs, education and customer service.

Under David’s leadership, these efforts will continue in earnest in 2017, said Tom Bannon, the association’s chief executive officer.
