The City of San Diego’s Recycling Ordinance requires that an Landlord of a multi-family residential dwelling provide each new tenant with information regarding the requirements of the ordinance. This form was developed to comply with the City of San Diego’s mandatory recycling ordinance.

For the annual notice to all residents, use CAA form SD-002 Recycling Annual Notice (City of San Diego).
