CAA resources highlight the Sacramento Tenant Protection and Relief Act and how it interacts with AB 1482, California’s statewide rent cap and “just cause” eviction law. The compliance documents also cover the city’s COVID-19 eviction moratorium and its interaction with the state COVID-19 Tenant Relief Act.
