Mountain View council asks voters to change rent control law
The Mountain View City Council on Tuesday decided to place its own measure before voters seeking changes to the city’s rent control ordinance.
The measure, approved on a 5-2 vote, will appear on the March 2020 ballot and would change the Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act in several ways.
