CAA has also made significant revisions to form 2.0 Rental Agreement (Month to Month) and form 2.1 Lease Agreement. The house rules addendum has been discontinued, and all major provisions, such as guest restrictions, noise limitations and parking restrictions have been incorporated into the agreement. In addition, space has added for the calculation of prorated rent, and to clarify the person(s) to who rent is payable and/or deliverable.  The subletting provision has been revised to clearly prohibit a tenant from offering the unit on AirBnB.
