The deadline is just one week away for those needing to register for the California Apartment Association’s CCRM webinar series.

Students have until noon, Friday, April 4, to register for the first class, Preparing the Property & Professional Leasing Skills.
Preparing the Property & Professional Leasing Skills, like the other eight courses in the series, will be presented in two 90-minute segments.
The first half will be webcast at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday April, 8, and the second half at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 10. Students must complete both to obtain course credit.
Teaching the course is Tony Souza, Sequoia Equities’ regional marketing and training manager. A social media expert, Souza brings lengthy experience in multifamily housing and a unique background, having worked as both a reporter and actor.
Preparing the Property & Professional Leasing Skills will cover topics including the following:
- Preparing a property for market
- The responsibilities of the property manager
- Setting competitive rents
- Advertising
- Perfecting curb appeal
- Fair housing
- Calculating revenue formulas
Students who complete all nine webinars in the series are eligible to become a California Certified Residential Manager. CCRM certification is the gold standard in property management education.
