The California Apartment Association has helped create a Landlord Advisory Committee to improve the administration of the Section 8 housing voucher program in the city of San Diego. CAA negotiated with city staff to create the Landlord Advisory Committee as the city prepared to mandate that landlords accept Section 8 housing vouchers.
