Yes, 2020 was awful, but a few things did go right last year

With a pandemic, a recession, riots, and wildfires, it’s safe to chalk up 2020 as a horrible year for just about everyone. Landlords certainly had it tough. Unpaid rents, rising vacancies, and unreasonable eviction restrictions made operations extremely challenging. While most of the news was awful, a few things went right. CAA educational sessions, rent control discussion head to Pacifica

Just a few days before the rent control discussion returns to Pacifica, the California Apartment Association and the city are partnering to better educate both rental housing providers and renters about their rights and responsibilities. On Thursday, Jan. 21, CAA Tri-County will present a pair of educational sessions, Managing Rental Housing and a Renters Informational Forum, at Pacifica City Council Chambers. Dear Ms. Moss, I want to personally thank you for your timely and very professional response. You are very thorough AND you provide examples and attachments how to find solutions and how to address the issues effectively.
