Property owners to be celebrated at San Mateo County event; RSVP to CAA Tri-County

Rental property owners and managers don’t often get the appreciation they deserve. An event planned for later this month in San Mateo County, though, will help change that — even if for just one morning. On Wednesday, Sept. 27, the San Mateo County Property Owners & Managers Appreciation Breakfast returns for its third year. And members of the California Apartment Association in San Mateo County are invited.

CAA partners with Sonoma County on Section 8 program changes

Starting in 2017, CAA North Bay will partner with the Sonoma County Community Development Commission and local housing authority to identify potential programmatic changes to improve participation in local Section 8 programs. The California Apartment Association encourages local housing providers to join the conversation at 5 p.m. Jan. 25, in the Community Development Commission Hearing Room, 1440 Guerneville Road, Santa Rosa. Dear Ms. Moss, I want to personally thank you for your timely and very professional response. You are very thorough AND you provide examples and attachments how to find solutions and how to address the issues effectively. What you did would have taken me hours of research and still I wouldn't feel as confident in my ability because I am not up to date on how certain areas of a contract are practiced.
