With core values like excellence, leadership, service and community, it’s no wonder that GSF Properties in Fresno is holding a fundraiser this month to help families affected by autism.

“We touch a lot of people’s lives every day by providing them with homes. We feel that giving back to the communities where those homes are located is a natural progression for us.”

Dan McCoy, vice president of operations at GSF, talked about the fundraiser, Evening Under the Stars, in an October 2014 Fresno Bee article.

“Service is something we are very passionate about,” McCoy, a CAA Fresno board member, said in the story. “We touch a lot of people’s lives every day by providing them with homes. We feel that giving back to the communities where those homes are located is a natural progression for us.”

Evening Under the Stars runs from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, at Englemann Cellars, 3275 N. Rolinda Ave.

GSF is trying raise at least $10,000 by years’s end for Families for Effective Autism Treatment.

Tickets for Evening Under the Stars are $30 and available at the GSF office, 7355 N. Palm Ave., Ste. 105. Information: 559.440.1974.
