CAA property management webinars return

After a successful debut this past spring, the California Apartment Association’s property management webinar series returns this summer to a computer near you. The upcoming slate of online courses is from July 15 through Sept. 25. The inaugural webinar series, which ran from March through May, attracted students from Ukiah to Oxnard. Third property management webinar focuses on ending tenancy

The California Apartment Association today continues its property management webinars with its third installment: “Resident Issues & Ending the Tenancy (PMR102).” The course teaches property management professionals to successfully interact with people and learn to handle residents’ requests, as well as special issues for the disabled. Also, learn about terminating tenancy, identifying normal wear-and-tear, as opposed to damages, and dealing with security deposits. CAA’s first property management webinar premiers

Rental housing professionals have begun broadening their knowledge of property management via the California Apartment Association’s new webinar series. Get update on evictions, pending bills at CAA luncheon in Fresno

March 4, 2013

This month, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office will discuss the eviction process and related matters during a California Apartment Association luncheon. The educational event is from noon to 1:30 p.m., March 20, at TorNino’s Banquets. Besides evictions, Sgt. John Golden of the sheriff’s Civil Department will offer an update about the lockout process, as well as wage garnishments after a judgment. I found it very convenient to do this through on demand classes at my office. The classes are well done and gave great education to further my property management skills.
