Elite professionals from Los Angeles’ rental housing industry celebrated their collective excellence at the 2014 Signature Awards. Nearly 500 people poured into the Skirball Cultural Center on Nov. 20 for a posh celebration hosted by the California Apartment Association.

CAA honors Assemblywoman Garcia as Legislator of the Year

LOS ANGELES – In her first year as a state lawmaker, Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia exhibited a thoughtful and balanced approach to rental housing issues.
