Join CAA Sacramento Valley for its first ever virtual membership meeting featuring a briefing on state and local issues facing the rental housing industry
1) How CAA and the greater Sacramento region are addressing COVID-19 issues for residents and businesses
2) Legal overview of current Federal, State, and Local tenant protections in place, including eviction moratoriums
3) Update on CAA’s State and Local advocacy efforts and overview of priority legislation
